Our telephone lines can be busy in the mornings (especially Mondays) which can mean a longer wait for you.  If possible, please avoid this busy time and call us after 2pm when we are less busy.

Due to staff absences, the telephone lines will be closed between 13:00 and 14:00 and test results can take up to 21 days.
