Our telephone lines can be busy in the mornings (especially Mondays) which can mean a longer wait for you. If possible, please avoid this busy time and call us after 2pm when we are less busy.
Due to staff absences, the telephone lines will temporarily be closed between 13:00 and 14:00 and test results may be delayed.
Please note all the Unity clinics will be closed in the afternoon of Weds 26th Feb 2025 to allow staff to attend essential training.
