Free condoms

Condoms can be useful for both contraception and preventing STIs. See our Condoms page for more information on external and internal condoms as well as dental dams.

Unity Sexual Health

You can pop in and pick up condoms from any Unity Sexual Health service.

THT provide free condoms by post for certain groups of people in South Gloucestershire and North Somerset .

If you are over 25 you can access the Unity Condom Card. This can be given by a clinician during any routine attendance or from the front desk. This gives you up to 20 free condoms per month, from Unity Central Health Clinic only, and needs to be refreshed after 1 year.

Under 25’s C.Card: 

If you are 13-24 you can get free condoms through the C card scheme.

This is available at Youth projects, School Drop-Ins, Pharmacies and GP surgeries.

FreeDoms: If you are unable to access Unity services or the C-Card scheme for any reason, affordable condoms can be found from FreeDoms

 

Free Condoms Locations:

  1. THT@Unity Clinic – East Trees Health Centre, BS5 6SD. Walk-in clinic for sexual health advice, testing, and free condoms. Open every Monday and alternate Thursdays from 9:30am-3pm.
  2. North Somerset LGBT Forum – Condoms available in the lounge area during opening hours.
  3. For All Healthy Living Centre – Condoms available from reception during opening hours. Website
  4. Coniston Community Centre & Ridgewood Community Centre – Condoms available from reception during opening hours.

Free Condoms for Under 25’s:

  1. Brook Bristol – 3rd Floor, The Station, Silver Street, Broadmead, Bristol, Somerset, BS1 2AG. Open Monday – Thursday 12pm – 7pm, Friday – Saturday 12pm – 5pm. Offers advice, contraception, STI testing, and more.
  2. Unity Young People’s Clinics – Free, friendly & confidential service for anyone under 25. Offers contraception, pregnancy testing, and more.

Free Condoms for Students:

  1. Weston College, Loxton campus – Collection from wellbeing. Can also register for C Card.
  2. South West Skills Academy – Collection from wellbeing. Can also register for C Card.
  3. Knightstone campus – Collection from wellbeing. Can also register for C Card.
  4. SGS Wise and Filton Campus – Collection from wellbeing. Can also register for C Card.

C-Card in Bristol, South Glos and N Somerset – Provides free condoms for those aged 13-24 years from a range of community settings.
